For over the last year we have been working on a resilience plan for the area. At the moment we are speaking with some of the halls in our area regarding applying for grants to get a backup power supply so there is somewhere to go when we have power cuts in storms.
Look at our Facebook site for adverse weather warnings and advice.
We have sandbag containers in Insch and Premnay and when flooding is a possibility we will put notices on Facebook regarding when these containers will be opened up.
